Return, Privacy, and Customer Satisfaction Policies
Privacy Policy
If you use express check out, your order history will not be saved. If
you created an account, you can log in and see your past orders. In both
cases, WE NEVER STORE ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. You will have to
supply that with each order.
We respect and honor our customers' privacy. We NEVER sell, rent, share
or otherwise disclose any of your personal data to other companies or
individuals nor will they have access to your information including
name, address, phone number, email address or order history. We are
committed to our customer's privacy and take strict measures and
precautions to insure such.
If you placed an order, you are NOT automatically enrolled in our email
list. You MUST OPT-IN to our newsletter. We have three
separate newsletters, so you can select which one(s) you would like to
receive. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking on the link provided
each email. We will not contact you, unless we have questions or
problems with your order. For example, if we do not have enough yardage
or the yardage is in 2 pieces.
We are always happy to discuss our process and policy with any customer
or potential customer.

Fabric We appreciate your business. Every order is important to us, so we carefully inspect and pack each order. We do not accept returns on cut fabric. Should you receive a defective or incorrect piece of fabric please let us know & we will do our best to correct it. If there is less than a 1/2 yd left on the bolt we will add the small amount to your order. Towels
Please inspect all towels carefully upon receipt and before washing or using. We
cannot accept return of any towel that is not in the exact condition as shipped.
This means the towel has not been washed, no odors (pet, cigarette, soil, etc).
If the towels are not what you expected, (color, weight) we will gladly
accept the return within 30 days after you receive the towels (with the
above conditions) and we will issue a credit for the cost of the towels
or replace. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Thank you for your patronage. |
